Með vísan til 2. mgr. 82. gr. laga um vátryggingastarfsemi nr. 56/2010, sbr. 1. mgr. 70. gr. og 1. mgr. 84. gr. sömu laga, tilkynnist hér með um fyrirhugaða yfirfærslu vátryggingastofna:
